How to feel secure

My girlfriend’s father recently got a new security system for his house. I don’t know if he really wanted it for security reasons or just to say he has it but I guess it doesn’t matter. It does provide a decent amount of security as long as you remember to turn it on. There are many different places or businesses to get one from. It could be from security systems new york or ADT. My biggest concern was that at 3 AM I was not going to remember that it was on and set it off by accident as I was leaving.
