Grand Canyon Hiking Trails

The Grand Canyon National Park covers some 1,900 square miles and attracts over four million visitors every year. Unfortunately however the vast majority of these visitors see only a small part of the canyon from the highway which runs along its southern rim and miss much of its sheer beauty. There are however literally hundreds of Grand Canyon hiking trails which take you to areas of the canyon which are simply stunning and which many people never get to see. Two such easily accessible areas for the hiker are the South Kaibab and Bright Angel, both of which not only provide stunning views but also allow you to glimpse some of the fascinating detail of this eighth wonder of the world.
