Warm Weather & Great People

Each year a group of my friends and I take a trip to tamp to get away from the cold. It is not that we do not like the cold, it is just nice to get away once in a while. I love the idea of the warm weather, but up until this point have always thought that I wanted my 4 seasons. This last trip that we took I decided to pick up a brochure on tampa real estate. I found some very useful information and knew that it was time for me to move down south and get away from this cold weather.
