I don’t know why, but I have always loved history and the study of it. Some may think that it is sad that I don’t prefer reading about American history, but the fact of the matter is, there isn’t much history there due to the fact that America is still a very new nation when compared to the likes of China or Japan. Speaking of Japanese history, I have a couple of Samurai swords that my brother got me last year when he was there in Japan on a business trip. Since Japanese history is something I enjoy studying, the swords were the best gift I’ve ever received.
