Me and my wife purchased a new home just over a year ago. But then the market turned south. That actually was more irritating than a real problem. But then the lay off came from the office and that really sealed the deal. We no longer could continue making these mortgage payments. We needed to find a real estate investor quickly and sell mortgage note. We knew this strategy existed and prepared all our documents. Once we found an interested buyer, we entered negotiations. It was not as difficult as we thought. Pretty much the buyer took control and made a great offer. Now we are mortgage free again. Wheww!
