February 17th, 2009 is the date of the digital transition. Many people have no even begun to think about the digital transition when it is actually right around the corner. Most people do not understand the digital transition or if they need to do anything to keep their TV working. Still others do understand that they need to get a converter box but they have no idea where to start in searching for one. The government has certified so many darn converter boxes that people do not know which one to choose. TV converter boxes ratings systems are a great way to determine which converter boxes you should choose.
