My Health Kick

I’ve just celebrated my 37th birthday and been suffering from allergies for as long as I can remember. I usually reach for the Claritin or Benadryl when I start experiencing excessive sneezing fits or a non stop runny nose. I’m now trying to be more healthy and cut down on my OTC (over the counter) medication usage. I read an article that stated in part that allergies can be completely or partially alleviated by utilizing a home air cleaner. Therefore I’m thinking about trying Personal Air Purifiers. They’re supposed to be proficient in riding the area of various allergens.
