2. You need to eat healthier – so get into your fruits, veggies, lean meat, fish and skinless poultry, and start cooking them.  Eating in is healthier and cheaper than eating out.  At least, you know what you are putting into your body!

3. Exercise – try to get in 3 workouts a week.
