Gym routines for women may slightly vary from men. Men do weight training only. On the other hand women try yoga or body balance. Women do not like sweating while they work out. So, they must include exercises according to these variations. Women have more flexible body then men. They can do stretching exercises quite easily. These are helpful in weight loss and also help in reducing the cellulite. Cellulite is the main problem with women. So, you must add some cardio exercises that help you deal with all these problems. You must work out under the guidance of some trainer.
