Aerobic exercise refers to apply that involves or increases oxygen utilization by the body. Aerobic means “with oxygen,” and refers to the use of oxygen in the body’s metabolic or energy-creating handle. Aerobic task is a contrary training that is intimately associated with anaerobic exercises. Many types of effect are aerobic, and by definition are performed at modest levels of intensity for extended periods of time. Aerobic exercise can help to keep an elevated concern price.
