A Healthy Change

When my husband and I got married, we both had drastically different lifestyle habits. I have been healthy all of my life, with a balanced diet and a set exercise routine. My husband, on the other hand, had been drinking too much, eating a diet of mostly pizza, and not getting enough exercise. Of course, when we moved in together, this changed. I became in charge of dinners, and therefore he had to eat the healthy foods I prepared. I started giving him some nutrition vitamins supplements in his lunchbox every day. Now that he is feeling healthier, we are able to go on great hikes together every weekend.
