3 different body detoxification methods

A detoxification, in general is the removal of toxic substances from the body. There are many types of body detoxification methods available. Here is list of three that I think are worth while. 1. Raw foods detox. With this diet you eliminate all foods accept raw veggies and fruits from your diet for 7 days. 2. Fasting. It is exactly what you think it is, no food only liquid juice which is fresh squeezed and drank within minutes of making it (you must own a juicer for this one) and do it for 3 days. 3. Supplements. There are many supplements on the market now that claim to detox.
