TV Automation Software

I have been on a search for great TV automation software.  There are a lot of options out there.  My church is starting to write and produce a short series of films and we want to be able to broadcast these to a large audience.  I had no idea how much information is out there as well as options for software.  It’s been a learn as you go process but I have enjoyed it.  And hopefully, some day soon, we’ll have quality programming available for our members and the community at large.  I just have to figure out what in the world we need to buy!

She Wanted to Get It

My wife called me while I was at the office the other day, and she told me that she needed to talk to me about something.  I asked her what it was, and she said that she had been looking at some different dish network satellite prices on the web, and she thought that it could be within our budget.  I told her that I would look into it when I got home.  She had been wanting to get it ever since her sister had one installed at her place.  I knew that she would eventually want to check it out.

Story of college student

Hi there! I’m Mark and I want to share to you my story. I had this super cool laptop which I bought last year. Since I’m a college student. It really came in handy. So all my assignments and other stuff from school is stored there. Midterms came and everything was fine with it. Finals week arrived, my laptop tanked. What a perfect timing. I almost failed my classes because of that event. When I brought it to the repair shop, turns out that there was a massive virus attack on my hard disk. If only I had the best internet security software.

The Benefits Of Having An iPod

Before iPods, I remember carrying around a Walkman and bulky CD storage binders. That was so inconvenient. Even before that, we had to carry around actual radios or “boom-boxes” if we wanted portable music. Kids these days don’t know how good they have it! Teens would die if you handed them a portable tape player and a bag of cassette tapes. The benefit of having an iPod is that it is really small, light, and easy to take with you wherever you go. It’s also cheaper to download music than to have to buy tapes and CD’s. I guess we are even using less plastic and other resources as well. There are so many benefits to having an iPod.

Specializing in the Computer Field

My brother is currently attending a local community college but he has no major declared – just general studies. I’m trying to urge him to go into the computer field as he seems to have a knack for it and there always seems to be jobs available in IT and computer systems. Is there one area that in computer technology that is growing more than another? Should I push him to get his Linux Certification? I’m trying to impress upon him the importance of specialization but he’s just not getting it. He thinks his general computer knowledge will be fine but I think he needs to specialize. Any advice?
