Paintballing for Thanksgiving!

September 3rd, 2009 by admin

Recently, my son has taken up the sport of paint balling.  He loves to go out with his friends either to the desert or to a range where they have set up a course.  My cousin just bought a new house and wants to have everyone over for a family paintball war!  My son is so excited he can hardly stand it.  He plans on bringing his favorite gun, the Tippmann 98.  I am a little nervous that he is taking this way too seriously but I am sure it is going to be a Thanksgiving to remember!  I just hope I don’t get too many welts!

Vertical Jump Bible Reviewed Gives Brother Edge By Leaps And Bounds

August 18th, 2009 by admin

My big brother is a serious basketball player and enthusiast, as well as one of the most dedicated basketball fans on the planet! He had always had a desire to learn how to play the game more efficiently, thus increasing his enjoyment of it even more, as well. So when he found the Vertical Jump Bible Reviewed and had read and poured over every single word, he knew that he had found the answer to his quest, and ordered the program right away. Now he is making improvements in his vertical jump by leaps and bounds, if you will pardon the pun, and loves playing the game even more!

At Least His Head Will be Protected

August 14th, 2009 by admin

Lately, my husband has been teaching our son to ride a motorcycle. He is starting to get pretty good. He is only five years old, but he already has amazing control over his little bike. It won’t be long before he his doing tricks. It scares me to death. I don’t think that I’ll even be able to watch without holding my breath the whole time. It does give me comfort, though, that he has one of those Scorpion Helmets. At least I know that his little head will be protected if he wrecks. Still, I hope that it doesn’t happen any time soon.

Enjoying the Game of Air Hockey

August 13th, 2009 by admin

The slight buzz of the fan is going off and you have just finished off your adversary in the Stanley Cup Finals. This is how it feels sometimes when you triumph over somebody in a challenging and exciting game of air hockey. To several, it is an unimaginable sense of power and glory, to be ready to be an air hockey champ, many folks don’t basically take it to that level when it comes to playing a simple game of air hockey, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have fun when you’re going to play the game. What can make it even better is if you don’t have to leave when you’re going to play.

Wouldn’t Trade Horse Photos For the World

August 12th, 2009 by admin

When I first watched National Velvet, I was only 7 years old. I didn’t really appreciate the movie very well. But now that I am taking horseback riding lessons, I find myself wanting to read every book and see every movie about horses. You know, people may enjoy horses from a distance, or even spend the day riding on the back of one and claim to appreciate or like them. But until you really log some serious hours with them do you truly learn about these magnificent animals. I have several Horse photos of me and my riding companions. I wouldn’t trade them for the world.

Golf Training Gloves – Is Hip

August 10th, 2009 by admin

Games like golf are games of style and finesse, as you may observe by watching a professional. Golf is a game that will succumb to you if only you knew its secrets. Increase your awareness with these guidelines: Know all there is to know about golf.

Simple though this may be, it would appear as though it were a secret based on the little regard shown for it even amongst golfers. There is a whole lot more to golf than just hitting a ball with a club, as opposed to what most think. Knowing the one or two rudiments of golf does not mean that you know it all. Shortly to follow, golf training gloves.

My Dad’s Dream For Me

August 9th, 2009 by admin

My Dad always told me when I was a kid that he thought that I would be a gold medalist in the Olympic Games for weight lifting. I wasn’t sure how to take this, as being a girl, this is one of the last things you want to hear from any guy, especially your very own father! I was always very self conscious of this fact, and was careful not to do anything that would promote muscle building on my body. I think this probably annoyed him a little bit, but I can’t think of anything worse than being a weight lifter.

Flight Testing Homebuilt Aircrafts is So Much Fun

August 6th, 2009 by admin

There is nothing like the feeling you get when you can be up in the sky above the world.  There is a power in it that you just cannot get any where else.  The best feeling is when you are flight testing homebuilt aircrafts.  They give you a thrill that is indescribable.  My particular favorite is the composite homebuilt model.  It gives an incredibly smooth flight.  I think I might just have to get me my own one of these.  You can see whatever you want, whenever you want when you are in an ultralight.  I love the scenery and the rush.

They Call These Boots?

July 31st, 2009 by admin

Can you believe they have boots that look like sneakers? Wow. I could be the coolest Grandma on the slopes with those. Of course I wouldn’t be caught dead in them. They would never coordinate with my style of snow pants after all. Well I finally found an appropriate pair of snowboard boots. Now all I need is some courage, and maybe a snowboard. Seems I have more courage without the board. I can do it fine in my mind, it’s the actual part of sliding down that hill that gives me a fright. Maybe I better stick to the rocker, I haven’t broken a leg yet!

The Place By the Lake

July 25th, 2009 by admin

Long before I ever set foot in the green yard by the lake I knew from stories my brother used to tell me that I am going to love this place. One day, early in the morning he woke me up an told e he was going to take me to that place next to the lake he has told me about. He was holding a Camping Tent so I understood we were going to stay for the night. My first question was what are we going to eat there and just smiled, said nothing and held up his fishing gear.
