What Makes A Successful Forex Trader?

If you were to take two groups of Forex traders, one successful and the other less so, what would set the individuals in the two groups apart? There could of course be many different answers to this question but the one common thread that you would see time and time again is that the successful traders have a clearly defined trading plan which includes a set of equally clearly defined goals. Just like everything else in life, success in Forex trading means clearly defining a target to aim at and devising a system to get you to that target as quickly and as smoothly as possible and that means starting out on the right foot. As a novice trader you will have the opportunity to operate a forex demo account while you are finding your feet and this is a good time to not only lean the ropes of trading but also to start defining your target and putting together a trading system which will allow you to reach it.
