Getting an IVA will help you to avoid having the repercussions of a bankruptcy & not only save your credit, but will save your reputation among your peers, as well. I had to do an Individual Voluntary Arrangement with all of my creditors to get past all of the financial issues & struggles that I had been dealing with.
The first thing that happened was my spouse divorced me & my credit was ruined. Then I got in a car accident & could not afford to pay my credit card payments because of my medical bills. I was able to work out a different payment plan to compensate.
