Local and Knowledgeable Realtor

Something I learned a long time ago is that many people want to have a common interest with their real estate agent. I have lived in the same community for over 15 years, and I know my local real estate market very well. In order to advertise that fact, I had it printed on my real estate business cards. In my gated neighborhood, there are over 100 homes, and many of my neighbors who have selected me as their listing agent have done so because I know the market value so well. My clients appreciate knowing that I have strong ties to their community and that they can trust me to get them top dollar for their homes.
