Injection Molding Training - Now it’s a Requirement

Many producers offer a number of technical training courses for plastics industry personnel. Proper injection molding training has become a requirement in the competitive injection molding industry over the past 10 years. A plant simply can’t effectively compete without a well trained workforce. This has led to numerous educational opportunities on these technical topics within the industry that simply were not available up to now. Some of these programs had been difficult or impossible to locate, particularly ones being taught by qualified subject matter experts rather than non-subject matter "talking heads". Users see a big difference in training effectiveness when the training is done using a recognized authority on the topic. This has the added benefit to the employee of having the credential of being trained by an expert. Some courses also offer a CEU credit for this type of training.
Product orientation and technical skills training on new and existing injection molding equipment is an integral and essential part of doing business. An investment in skills is a key ingredient in understanding a customer’s business and being able to recommend cost-effective training solutions.
