I remember a time when you had to use post it notes to maintain a database of information on your clients. It took a good filing system and alot of extra work to access and be able to find vital information when you needed it. Companies these days are taking great pains to assure their clients are comfortable with them and feel that they have a valuable service with their company. Luckily these days their are online CRM systems that allow companies to not only store and manage their clients contact information and details, but they can access it in millions of places!
