If you have poor credit, or no credit at all, then you know how difficult it can make life.  You basically can not have a paypal account, and can not buy things online.  It also prevents you from signing up to some free online sites and services which require a credit card for verification purposes only.  You basically can not run a business that centers around the internet world.  This is where the Virtual Visa can come into play.  Not only will it allow you to do all of the above, but it is very cheap.  All you do is get a credit card number and the 3 digit number on the back of cards as well as an expiration number and you are set to go.
