Do the Graphic design correspondence courses have geographical boundaries?

If you live in Australia, and there is a school half-way across the world that you would like to attend in order to become a graphic artist, you can contact that school or check out their website in order to find out if they have any graphic design correspondence courses. You can register for one of them and still stay where you are at but still reap the benefits of the school that you want to learn from. As long as there is internet, there is no geographical boundaries when it comes to wanting to learn and picking the school you want to learn at.
